Abstract
This refreshed course focuses on the application of the partnering process model. CII's Partnering Best Practice has been shown to be one of the most important elements to implement on a project. Projects intensely implementing this Best Practice attain, on average, a 9.1% cost improvement over projects that implement it less intensely. The course focuses on applying the Partnering Model to managing engineering and construction projects.
