Become an Implementation Champion
Improve performance by putting the latest CII knowledge to work in your organization. As a CII Implementation Champion (IC), you actively promote and use CII Best Practices and research findings to drive the most value from your resources.
Picking a New IC
Using highly engaged member organizations as examples, the Deployment Committee compiled a comprehensive, fit-for-purpose description of the IC role and responsibilities to help you identify the right individual(s) for this role within your organization. Typically, new ICs are named by the member organization’s Board Advisor through the online form, then onboarded by CII Deployment staff.
Joining Implementation Champion Network (ICN)
The ICN brings together all the identified ICs across CII member organizations, creating a strong mix of fresh and seasoned individuals – all tasked with implementing CII within their organizations. At quarterly ICN rallies on various topics, the fresh ICs can listen, ask questions, and request future topics, while the seasoned ones get to share their words of wisdom for the benefit of the industry.
Accessing Available IC Resources
With frameworks, roadmaps and other detailed tools, CII makes these resources available to you as an onboarded IC to make it easier to not only develop your vision to improve performance, but also bring it to life quickly and successfully within your organization.
For those CII practices and findings selected by your organization for deployment, you will guide the deployment by:
- Determining the means and methods for distributing the research findings.
- Marshalling the necessary resources to accomplish updates to the organization’s processes and procedures.
- Providing support and guidance to your internal deployment team.
