Abstract

The Quality Performance Management System (QPMS) provides an easy-to-use tool which helps identify ways to improve the processes we use to achieve quality and reduce the overall cost of quality. The QPMS can be implemented at negligible cost. It allows intelligent decisions to be made in the execution of projects.

Since the cost of quality is estimated to be at least one-fourth the total of the project cost, significant cost savings are available on current and future projects
