Join Scan2BIM – Spools Prefabrication with Laser Scanning to see the latest technology in reality capture for piping spools prefabrication on July 18 from 11 a.m. to noon CST. The webinar will feature two applications for laser scanning: scanning in the field to survey actual situations versus the detailed engineering needed to manufacture line closing spools to account for field deviations and the scanning at the supplier workshop for the dimensional control of manufactured spools. The webinar will be presented by Gian Ortega and Gustavo Parrón from Techint Engineering & Construction.
