Abstract

Achieving quality is crucial for the success of capital projects. However, implementing effective quality management (QM) systems remains challenging. The findings, recommendations, and implementation resources from RT-406 provide a roadmap for improving QM strategies and processes, ultimately enhancing quality culture and project performance. The Final Report included in the download describes the challenges and solutions proposed by RT-406. The download also includes the Quality Culture Assessment Tool, which helps assess and benchmark quality culture levels. This implementation resource also highlights best practices to improve quality culture in four critical QM areas: quality recognition programs, career development paths for quality personnel, tools to track quality performance, and advanced QM technologies.
