Rethinking Quality Management with a Culture-Centric Approach

Achieving quality is crucial for the success of capital projects. However, implementing effective quality management (QM) systems remains challenging. The findings, recommendations, and implementation resources from RT-406 provide a roadmap for improving QM strategies and processes, ultimately enhancing quality culture and project performance.
