Owners and EPCs Share Their Project Results

In 2014, CII published a research study that revealed the impact interface management (IM) had on major projects at that time. Results revealed that projects that used a formal IM program experienced less cost growth than counterparts not using formal IM.

Fast forward to 2020: IM has become a required practice and what results are projects seeing at the hands of this discipline today? On July 22, Coreworx and CII will host a webinar where project professionals will share experiences regarding the use of IM on EPC and owner projects, and discuss the specific benefits it has provided throughout the project life cycle.
