CII REP Offering: Construction Management Essentials

This engaging 2-day, highly interactive, virtual workshop (14 PDH) is a hands-on practitioner’s view of the Owner’s role in the construction management process, respecting various potential project execution environments and contracting methodologies. Through live instruction and collaborative break-out sessions, attendees discover industry best practices, interlaced with CII Best Practices to address these issues and considerations. Attendees collaborate in project teams and develop various construction planning deliverables, role play what-if scenarios, and address actual case study construction issues.
