CANCELLATION POLICIES
 
  • No full refunds. Cancellations by July 7, 2023, will receive registration fee less $100.
  • No refunds beyond July 7, but substitutions always allowed.
  • Notice of cancellation should be submitted in writing to events@cii.utexas.edu.
  • Registrations received without pre-payment by check or credit card and/or “no shows” are also subject to the cancellation policy.
