Member Highlight: Tricia Thibodeaux, Fluor Corporation
We are excited to shine a quarterly spotlight on certain individuals who have been integral in advancing CII initiatives.
This quarter, we recognize Tricia Thibodeaux, Executive Director, Global HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) at Fluor.
Tricia has 27 years of experience in the EPC Industry involving positions in global construction, global procurement, project management, engineering management, project controls, and mechanical engineering.
In her current role as Fluor's Executive Director of Global HSE, Tricia Thibodeaux is responsible for driving consistent implementation of Fluor's HSE programs and strategies across all business lines for the company.
Her previous project experience includes process units and utilities and off-sites in refineries and chemical plants, for reimbursable and lump sum projects; and include domestic and international, grass roots and expansion, minimal size and world-scale.
Tricia joined CII in 2010 and quickly took on leadership roles. She is a graduate of CII’s Executive Leadership Course and is currently active on the Executive Committee and CII's Board of Advisors. Tricia is past chair of CII’s Funded Studies Committee.
Tricia was active on the Funded Studies Committee (formerly the Research Committee) for years, after chairing RT-308 - Achieving Zero Rework through Effective Supplier Quality Practices.
Tricia manages Fluor’s “CII Internal Steering Committee.” She is the primary point of contact that ensures her colleagues are getting the value out of their CII membership. And she is always happy to share this successful model with other CII members. She genuinely wants us all to do well.
